The culinary adventure at Dietze & DeLuca begins with our space. A kitchen cabinet showroom during the day, at night becomes an intimate setting for your dining experience. The events are designed for up to ten guests sitting at a counter surrounding our chef. Guests are encouraged to interact with our chef, ask questions and learn about the food being prepared for them.
Each menu consists of four courses that centers around a particular culinary theme. Our themes feature seasonal ingredients in an ever-changing style of food from classic French to new American cuisine. Each theme is served for a two-week period.
No matter the cuisine we are featuring, Dietze & DeLuca is committed to the highest culinary standards. We craft each dish we serve from scratch--homemade stock, sauces, etc. Each course highlights the finest locally sourced organic produce and responsibly raised meat and fish.
